DOUBLE POCKET OVERSHIRT IN BLACK PIECE DYED WOOL TWILL

As the name suggests, this overshirt is defined by two large, dropped breast pockets with flap closures. Iterated here in a lofty wool twill, which has been combed to achieve a fleece-like hand and piece-dyed- further fulling the cloth and resulting in a deep black fabric with a lightly bouncy drape. The fit is roomy, and intended to be layered with enough room to slide knitwear underneath. The shoulder is dropped, and the one-piece sleeve tapers from a generous armhole to a snug two-pleat cuff, finished with a self-bound cuff vent. Details include hand-felled seams throughout, a scalloped hemline, two piece rear yoke and dyed corozo buttons.
