DESERT HAT IN FINE GRADE PANAMA STRAW

The Desert Hat features a creased crown, a delicate open weave pattern on the crown, a 3.5" woven edge brim and a round leather cord trim. *Please note that the natural color is shown with a 3.5" brim but our current inventory has a 4.5" brim. 

This straw is our fine grade straw, which means that the straw fibers are thin and more tightly woven. The straw has a nicer hand feel and is more textile-like, though is not quite as fine of a grade as our Montecristi hats. Available in natural or moss.

Brookes Boswell hats are hand blocked in our Portland studio and are made to order. Please allow time for production. We will contact you if we anticipate that it will be longer than 2-3 weeks. Shop Boswell cannot offer refunds for made to order items, but are happy to offer exchanges or store credit but only for the same item type.

Shop Boswell uses USPS or UPS ground for a $12 flat fee for standard items and $18 for hats and heavier items on orders under $300. If the item is large or unusually heavy, we will reach out to the customer for an additional shipping fee, even if the purchase was over $300.
