R19 S1 NEW SHIRT IN STRATA WAX

Man-tle redesigned Shirt-1, their first shirt that had remained unchanged since Range-1, now updated with a looser fit, generous room through the armholes, a slightly higher collar, and a large patch pocket at the left chest. It has a relaxed sleeve with single button closure, slot buttons threaded onto seat belt tape, straight hem. The fabric is yarn spun and dyed in Japan using cotton grown in Australia and the USA. It is woven in Shizouka, then coated and baked in paraffin wax in Fukui. This original Man-tle cloth, MT-Wax, is designed to reveal new sound, colour, and texture over time. At first heavyweight and naturally stiff, it softens, fades, and changes form with washing and wear, becoming personal to the body it covers. Woven for Man-tle in Shizuoka, Japan.

• 100% cotton with a paraffin wax coating. 
• Delicate wash cold, pat fabric flat before line-drying inside out in shade. If water marks appear due to wax, they can be removed by steaming entire garment. If dry cleaned, the wax will fade more rapidly. 
• Made in Japan. 

• S: 46" chest, 24" sleeve, 29" center back length.
• M: 48" chest, 25" sleeve, 30" center back length.
• L: 50" chest, 25.5" sleeve, 31" center back length.
