For most in-stock, full-priced items, you may return your purchase for an exchange or store credit if we receive the item back in the store within 7 days of delivery. A refund can be issued, but a 3.5% transaction fee and any shipping costs over the amount already paid will be deducted from the total.

Please be sure to add shipping insurance at checkout to ensure that your items are fully protected against loss, damage, or theft during transit.

For domestic shipping, Shop Boswell uses USPS or UPS ground shipping. If the item is large or unusually heavy, we will contact you to request an additional shipping fee.

Please reach out to us if you would like additional shipping options, such as expedited, signature requirement, or a specific shipping service for an additional fee.
