ELBA DRESS IN NAVY RAISED STRIPE COTTON

The Elba dress is a tank style dress with a back button closure. It features wide straps and a gathered waist and is made in a heavy weight cotton fabric that has a woven stripe that you can feel slightly. This is a winter dress, designed for layering.
