To remove the water stains, please dilute 5 % citric acid with water to make a solution. Use this solution to wipe the bottle opener with a clean cloth. Please rinse it and then dry well.

Futagami is a brass foundry founded in 1897 in Takaoka, Toyama Prefecture, Japan, with over 120 years of history. Specializing in traditional crafts like Buddist altar fittings, Futagami has developed brass casting techniques since its establishment. In 2009, the company introduced its brass livingware brand in collaboration with the designer Oji Masanori, breathing new life into brass, a material gradually disappearing from our everyday lives, by creating beautifully designed livingware products.

For most in-stock, full-priced items, you may return your purchase for an exchange or store credit if we receive the item back in the store within 7 days of delivery. A refund can be issued, but a 3.5% transaction fee and any shipping costs over the amount already paid will be deducted from the total.

For domestic shipping, Shop Boswell uses USPS or UPS ground for a $12 flat fee for standard items and $18 for hats and heavier items. If the item is large or unusually heavy, we will reach out to the customer for an additional shipping fee.
