BOX TEE IN BARLEY

Wol Hide's signature tee shape in their favorite lightweight cotton jersey. It has a boxy fit with a soft folded collar, wide cuffs, and square-seam armhole detail. This style is entirely made in America - from fiber to finish. It is garment dyed with low-impact dyes.

The cotton is grown organically by several farms in Texas, then spun into yarn in North Carolina. The yarn is woven into fabric at a small mill in Pennsylvania that is dedicated to creating biodegradable fabrics. These are sewn at our small family run factory in Pennsylvania. The dyes are low impact, and overall production supports domestic resources and local economies for a more resilient future.

Wol Hide creates easy wear for living in. Each piece is created with quality production focused on the craft of knitting, subtle details and textural elements. We use natural, organic and deadstock materials as much as possible with minimal dyeing or chemical processing, choosing fibers for how they wear on us and on the environment.

Started and run in Philadelphia by Leah D'Ambrosio who designs with a holistic approach. There is a thoughtful process behind each piece for how it will affect the environment, how it will interact with the wearer and how to make it garment that you want to keep forever.
