In traditional Nigerian menswear, classic button-downs are worn with wrappers. The designer's father was from Crosssriver State and wore his wrapper around the house with something just like this - a timeless button down that carries you through all seasons and can be paired with anything. Meant to be worn by any and everyone. Ana is 5'3" with a 32" bust, 27" waist, 36" hips and typically wears a size 2 dress or pants. Anthony is 6'2" with a 38" chest and a 31" waist. He normally wears a size medium shirt and 32 pants.

The fabric that the clothing is composed of is a combination of vintage pieces sourced from Oklahoma to Maine to NY, deadstock fabric from NY cutting rooms, as well as scraps and remnants collected inside the NY Garment District cutting rooms.

Sarah Nsikak is a Nigerian-American living in Brooklyn, New York. Her love of textiles led her to working in the fashion industry for several years after completing a Masters Degree in Art Therapy. The exorbitant amount of waste generated in the fashion industry inspired a re-routing back to her art practice. These hand quilted pieces are made exclusively using recycled material sourced from fashion designers based in New York. Special textiles are also sourced through vintage stores and estate sales.
